One simple apple cider vinegar tonic is to mix it with one part hot water, add a teaspoon or two of honey to taste, and some cinnamon. This simple tonic might be enough to make your daily apple cider vinegar much more palatable. Give it a shot!

For a tangy berry mocktail, add strawberries to your apple cider vinegar. You’ll also need seltzer water and mint leaves for this one. Chop a few strawberries and 3-4 mint leaves, and then macerate the mixture with honey. Pour 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar in a glass, add the now juicy, sweetened strawberries and mint, and top it all off with seltzer water to taste. Serve this on ice if you prefer it cold.

Add lemon and fresh ginger to your apple cider vinegar for a refreshing tonic that’s also really good for you! This tonic is especially great if you’re trying to beat a hangover. If you’re feeling bloated and dragging yourself around, drink this tonic to feel better. Pour 3-4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in the bottom of a mug. Add the juice of 1/2 a lemon and some freshly grated ginger to taste. The more you add, the more “bite” it’ll have. Pour in boiling water to fill the mug. Let this mixture steep until just warm. Drink up!
